The theme of the project is to design a hotel “of” the future where cars are not used within the city.
This entails that car parks will become obsolete. With this in mind, I choose to redesign the NCP
Theatre car park on Church Street (Brighton, UK), which is also adjacent to Jew Street. The proposed project will turn a 568-space parking lot into a 46-room hotel.
